Beetroot – Moong Kebab
Mixed Lentil (Dal) Soup
Preparation
- Soak all lentils overnight
- Add salt, turmeric powder and few drops of oil and pressure cook all
lentils - Allow it to cool & grind it well
- Sauté finely chopped onions & ginger garlic paste and add in the mixture
- Add salt & pepper & bring it to boil for 5 mins
- Garnish with roasted sesame/flax seeds and serve hot

Paneer Sandwich (without bread)
Preparation
- Mix all the chopped vegetables
- Add salt, pepper & chilli flakes according to your tatse
- Mix it well with curd
- Cut paneer into two bigger slices(like bread)
- In a heavy bottom tawa, add 1 tspn of oil and toast the paneer on both the sides
- Apply little mint chutney on the toasted paneer & spread the mixture and serve it hot
